We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. All sales are final.

• Customised or personalised orders

Statutory Rights (Required by Latvian & EU Law)

As required under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers retain the following rights:

• You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
• This right does NOT apply to: sealed goods opened after delivery; digital content accessed after consent; custom or personalised items; perishable goods.
• If a product is defective or does not conform to your order, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a price reduction under statutory warranty rights.
