Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday–Friday, excluding Latvian public holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times (estimates only)
- Latvia: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure events.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as stated at the time of purchase.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs delays.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours. For lost shipments, please allow the full estimated delivery window before reporting. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Re-shipping costs, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
